In compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 1177/2010 of the 24th November 2010, Porto di Livorno 2000 provides accessibility and assistance to disabled and reduced mobility passengers.

Provided services::

  • Reserved parking spaces;
  • Special toilets within the Cruise Terminal, the Alto Fondale Cruise Terminal and the Maritime Station;
  • Access ramps to the several facilities;
  • Reserved seats in the several waiting rooms.

Dedicated staff is available to join passengers while embarking/disembarking.

Pursuant to European Regulation (EU) 1177/2010, passengers who require assistance are kindly requested to notify the Terminal at least 48 hours before the ship's arrival/departure by email to: assistenza.pmr@portolivorno2000.it
