The Regulation (EU) n. 1177/2010 governs the rights of passengers in sea transport and inland waterways, providing information charges for the terminal operator.

Assistance to People with disabilities and People with Reduced Mobility

The Regulation (EU) n. 1177/2010 identifies the rights of persons with disabilities or persons with reduced mobility (PMR), who are guaranteed the right to transport under the same conditions applicable to all other passengers.

If the ticket is purchased online, the PMR must mark the box ASSISTANCE in the box called PASSENGER LIST.

If the ticket is purchased through the call center or a travel agency the need for assistance must be communicated directly to the telephone operator or to the travel agent.
