In compliance with Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010 of 24 November 2010 Port of Livorno 2000 SRL provides assistance to passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility.
European Regulation 1177/2010 defines "Person with Disability" or "Person with Reduced Mobility" (PRM) any person whose mobility is reduced due to any physical disability (sensory or locomotor, permanent or temporary), and7or intellectual impairment and whose situation needs appropriate attention and the adaptation of the general service to comply specific needs.
- Reserved parking spaces;
- Proper public services into the cruise terminal and the maritime station;
- Ramps for the access to any structures;
- Waiting rooms.
Staff is available to help passengers during the embarking and disembarking operation.
How to ask assistance:
In accordance to European Regulation 1177/2010 who wish to receive assistance is requested to inform the terminal at least 48 hours before the departure of the ship by e-mail or telephone at the following

In case of absence or delay of booking assistance, Porto di Livorno 2000 SRL still guarantees the same services, but with longer waiting times.
